Programs & Seasons
This is our primary season. Registration for the Fall Program varies by region, but normally occurs from late March until May. The AYSO program is open to all children aged 4 through 18 as of July 31 of the current year. Practice for the fall program begins August 1st. Games begin after the Labor Day weekend, and conclude in earliy November. The older divisions (Under-10 and older) conclude their season with the Area 2-C Tournament of Champions in mid-November.
This program is a pilot program for U-10 through U-19 players (boys and girls) currently being offered in Area 2C, Regions 223/305/281. This program is designed to provide options for players to play soccer at a more challenging level for those players who possess the desire and appropriate skills and abilities.
The VIP program, managed by the Concord AYSO region, is a unique division of AYSO for challenged players with physical, mental, or developmental limitations. The season runs from early July to early November.

Spring Co-Ed Program
Every spring, the Area sponsors a Co-ed program for high school aged players. No standings are kept. The cost is minimal, especially for AYSO-registered players from the preceding Fall Season. The season ends with a picnic. There are no awards or trophies, just an opportunity to play soccer and have fun. Player experience in the past has ranged from Class 1 and high school varsity players to first-time soccer players.
The Select Season is an "all-star" program open only to players who participate in the Fall Program. This is an opportunity for players to improve their skills in a more competitive environment. The teams are formed in November / December following the Fall season. Practices start in December. The season typically runs from January through March. Many teams will continue to participate in tournaments afterwards.
The Select season leads into the Tournament season. Two local highlights of the tournament season are the Concord Cup and the Pleasant Hill-Martinez Soccer Festival. Many tournament teams finish up with the Davis World Cup on Memorial Day weekend.
